The HCCA team celebrates being named Best Emerging IT-BPM Company for Healthcare at the annual International ICT Awards in Manila, the Philippines.

The International ICT Awards recognize the most successful companies in the information technology-business process management (IT-BPM) industry with an emphasis on stimulating dynamic growth and new developments. Launched in 2007, the International ICT Awards is organized by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the IT-Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP).

Based in Nashville, HCCA was originally established to recruit and deploy highly experienced nurses and other medical professionals to hospitals around the world. Today, HCCA offers a full spectrum of URAC-accredited CPO services to clients in the United States, improving results and efficiency through medical management, medical coding, workers’ compensation, nurse first response, and U.S nurse staffing.

HCCA’s blended outsourcing capabilities provide a key advantage. The company uses top-quality medical professionals to supplement or manage existing healthcare processes. HCCA is experienced in partnering with healthcare clients to deliver consistent results through its high-caliber clinical staff and a flexible, scalable business model that caters to specific customer needs. The Philippines provides HCCA with a rich talent pool to serve its customers.

“This award encourages us to continuously live our commitment to supporting the healthcare industry with intelligent, patient-centered clinical process outsourcing solutions that improve competency for health care providers,” said David Bartholomew, President and Chief Executive Officer of HCCA.

“This is a proud moment for our organization, and we are thankful for the trust and dedication of our customers, employees, and partners,” said Anshum Sinha, Country Manager and Vice President for Philippines Operations of HCCA. “We are delighted with the rapid progress of HCCA in the Philippines and our exceptional success rate in recruiting Filipino nurses not just for placement in CPOs in-country but also in U.S. hospitals.”
