EpimAb Biotherapeutics, a clinical stage biotechnology company specializing in the development of bispecific antibodies, is excited to announce that the company will present the first-in-human results for EMB-06 in a late-breaking poster presentation at the 2023 Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) Annual Meeting to be held in San Diego, California, from November 3-5. This poster presentation will feature initial safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) data from the Phase I dose escalation study in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (NCT04735575; CTR20212633). The presentation details are as follows:

EMB-06 is a novel 2+2 BCMA×CD3 T-cell engaging bispecific antibody discovered using EpimAb’s proprietary CD3 panel and bispecific platforms.
