SST phalloplasty is a surgery that uses allogenic derma to procure the survival rate of tissues and the stabilities. With regard to phalloplasty, it has been upgraded from 1st generation of autologous derma graft to 2nd generation of autologous fat graft, and now it is being developed toward 3rd generation surgery that uses allogenic derma.
Dr. Dori Kim’s SST phalloplasty is an innovative surgery that maximizes 3rd generation surgery’s survival rate of tissues and stabilities by extracting Stromal vascular fraction(SVF) from autologous fat and grafting onto allogenic derma.
