SaintyCo, a global leading pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer, today announced a portable mini fluid bed granulator and coater for labs and R&D. This comes days after the company introduced 5 different types of fluid bed machines.

SaintyCo is now one of the first fluid bed machine manufacturers in China to introduce multifunction equipment. The portable mini fluid bed granulator and coater is a cGMP compliant machine, specifically designed to optimize material processing in laboratories.

The new portable mini fluid bed granulator and coater combines the European and American technologies, alongside SaintyCo’s patented innovations. It is designed to perform a wide range of operations such as granulation, powder layering, pelletization and coating processes.

Different spraying systems: This is a multifunction machine that can granulate and coat at the same time. Therefore, it is fitted with top spray, bottom spray and tangential spray depending on the specific requirements of clients.

High capacity machines: SaintyCo has unveiled at least 4 subcategories of every machine. This gives laboratory technicians a chance to choose machines that meet their unique specifications.

Clear and easy observation section: Both bottom sprays and top sprays are fitted with a transparent and shatterproof material. Therefore, technicians can easily observe all processes in the fluid bed granulation and coating system.

Intelligent screen control system: All operations can be controlled via the touchscreen HMI panels. Every machine is fitted with modern control software and sensors.

SaintyCo uses stainless steel for gaskets, seals and piping systems.
