BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.

TOMI™ Environmental Solutions, Inc. (“TOMI” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: TOMZ) announced today that it has signed a sales agreement with the South Korean-based companies KMS I & T Co., Ltd. and Fine C&S Co., representatives of G-Well Group. Representatives from these two companies recently visited TOMI™’s new state-of-the-art facility in Fredrick, Maryland to receive training on the SteraMist™ line of products.

The sales agreement provides that the two companies may sell TOMI™’s SteraMist™ products to G-Well’s extensive client list, representing a cross-section of industries in South Korea including construction, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biosafety, agriculture, transportation and government agencies.

Since the agreement has been in place, four members of the G-Well Group have been trained, an initial order of $120,000 was received and payment was made in full, product was shipped and has cleared customs and is now in efficacy testing at various healthcare facilities.

Additionally, our South Korean sales partners have exhibited and demonstrated SteraMist™ at a trade show with significant interest from many end users.

Joseph So, Managing director of Fine C&S, Ltd stated, “We are excited to add this product to our product line and it will complement our current clients’ needs and improve their disinfection and decontamination requirements.”

Dr. Halden Shane, Chief Executive Officer of TOMI™, stated, “TOMI has added a strategic part of the globe to its expanding list of countries using our SteraMist™ products with the addition of South Korea. I believe having a resource like SteraMist™ in the region will represent a monumental shift in controlling infections and reducing healthcare-associated infections (‘HAIs’) in South Korea. It should become a leading tool in the toolboxes of the infectious disease preventionist and will become part of the country’s Ebola protocol along with an easy and convenient weapon to fight the broad range of recent variation of avian flus that have been affecting the region.”
