Hitachi Medical Systems MRI Scanners Rated #1 for 4th Consecutive Year in MD Buyline Report

CLEVELAND

For the fourth consecutive year (sixteen consecutive calendar quarters), hospital users have rated Hitachi Medical Systems #1 MR vendor according to the Q1 2014 MD Buyline User Satisfaction Ratings Report™.

“In today’s highly competitive environment, providing high quality, reliable products and value-added services to the customer is more important than ever. These ratings reflect Hitachi’s ongoing key commitments – which are to bring only the most reliable products to market and provide only the highest level of customer support,” said Sheldon Schaffer, VP and General Manager MRI/CT.

The MD Buyline User Satisfaction report includes user ratings in the following categories: system performance, system reliability, installation/implementation, applications training, service response time and service repair quality. According to this report, users commented that their loyalty to Hitachi is based on past experience with products, system performance, reliability, sales and service. Users also commented that Hitachi MRI systems have many workflow features that offer decreased scan times and improved patient comfort.
