BRISBANE, Australia
Global natural healthcare company Rapid Nutrition announced today that it has appointed diversified investment and financial services group Octa Phillip Securities Limited, to provide access to their electronic trading platform and services to Rapid Nutrition shareholders.
Octa Phillip provides wealth management, institutional and private client stockbroking, corporate finance, research and funds management services and has direct channels into Asia. Octa Phillip’s offices are in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and the Gold Coast. It was formed by the Intersuisse Ltd acquisition of the Austock Securities business in early 2012.
“We look forward to furthering our ongoing relationship with Octa Phillip and to now being publicly listed on the GXG Stock Exchange,” said Rapid Nutrition Managing Director Simon St. Ledger. “This relationship will make it easier for our shareholders to trade in Rapid Nutrition shares and will help our company continue to grow in providing the best health and wellness products across the globe.” Rapid Nutrition began trading on the GXG Markets OTC under the symbol RNL in November.”
Nicholas Pereza-Mathews, Head of Global Markets at Octa Phillip Securities, added that their global markets service provides a custody and dealing service for shareholders in Australian companies that have listed on overseas exchanges.
Earlier this year, Rapid Nutrition announced the purchase of a 15 percent stake in Motivate Health Technology, a U.S.-based health technology company, to create a revolutionary weight loss video app to further support the company’s premium weight loss program.
